Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Aidea.
- You have 45 calendar days to return an undamaged item and packaging from the date you received it.
- If the reason for the return is quality-related, we will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
- If the reason for the return isn't quality-related, the customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged and contains everything that were included when you received it.
How do I request for a return or a refund?
Email us at service10@aideaco.com with the order number, reason (return or refund), and a description of the problem (pictures of the problem would be a plus).
Our support team will reply within 24 hours with details for the next steps.
